Return Policy
GoTextbooks Wholesale Division has a rental based return policy and the terms are as follows:
- - Customers are allowed 100% returns per academic term.
- - Traditional terms and quarter terms have unique return dates.
- - All returns are subject to a rental restocking fee.
- - Traditional Semester Return Dates.
Returns 100% returns on all titles purchased from GoTextbooks.
Any titles shipped between November 1 and January 31 are considered Spring orders.

- - Class cancellations require registrar confirmation of the course cancellation.
- - All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- - Returns must be in the same condition they were sold in.
Return Shipping
- - We're not responsible for books until they arrive at our warehouse.
- - We don't insure returns.
Shipping Payments
GoTextbooks will pay shipping on returns subject to the following conditions.
- - Shipments must be over 20 books or greater than 40lbs.
- - Individual boxes must not exceed 50 lbs.
- - Any box weighing over 50lbs will automatically be billed $27.
- - The overage charge fee will be billed as a chargeback against the return.
- - Any shipments over 5 boxes or 250 lbs will need to be shipped freight/LTL.

Payment Terms Policy
GoTextbooks Wholesale Division has the following Payment Policy:

1. Payment for textbooks shipped from the GoTextbooks warehouse is due upon receipt, not to exceed 30 days from the invoice date.

2. Payment can be made via ACH, check, or credit card.
- 2.1 Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.

3. Overdue invoices may be subject to a late payment fee.

4. Non-payment will result in account suspension or termination.
If I fail to make the required payment, I acknowledge that my account may be sent to collections.

Rental Program Terms
The following policies explain the rental program terms in place between a bookstore and GT Marketplace LLC DBA GoTextbooks, Wholesale Division.

1. Definitions

1.1. For the purposes of this document, the following terms shall have the following meanings.
- 1.1.1. "Booklist" shall mean textbooks adopted for current terms in which the store carries stock.
- 1.1.2. "Rental Inventory" shall mean textbooks that have been rented by the institution.
- 1.1.3. "Rental Rebate Pricing" shall mean the price that GoTextbooks agrees to pay for textbooks included in the Booklist, if returned in the timeframe and condition described in the following Agreement.

2. Rental Rebate Pricing
- 2.1. The Bookstore will provide a Booklist to GoTextbooks before the first day of the term.
- 2.2. GoTextbooks will provide the Bookstore with Rental Rebate Pricing based on the Booklist.
- 2.3 The Bookstore will price rentals per usual procedures and rent textbooks during the school’s rush period.

3. Rental Invoice and Payment
- 3.1. The Bookstore will send an invoice to GoTextbooks, by email, for all books rented by October 15th for the Fall semester and March 15th for the Spring semester. The date for the Summer semester will be communicated in writing.
- 3.2. GoTextbooks will remit payment to the Bookstore within 30 days of invoice date by ACH. GoTextbooks will only pay for textbooks that have been rented, that were included in the Booklist and within the invoice. Payment will be made by ACH.
- 3.3. Once payment is made to the Bookstore, outstanding Rental Inventory are property of GoTextbooks.

4. Shipment of Textbooks
- 4.1. Within five days of the last day of final exams, if not before, books included in the invoice will be shipped to GoTextbooks.
- 4.2. Bookstore should contact GoTextbooks to arrange for shipping.
- 4.3. Textbooks must be shipped before the store closes for break.

5. Previously Invoiced Textbooks
- 5.1. The Bookstore may elect to retain previously invoiced textbooks, at current market price. Payment for this retained inventory must be submitted before the institution closes for break.
- 5.2. GoTextbooks must be notified in writing of the school's choice to retain previously invoiced textbooks, including ISBN and quantity.
- 5.3. GoTextbooks will send an invoice for the current market price of the books that the Bookstore wishes to keep.
- 5.4. Invoice will be paid within 30 days of receipt.

6. Benefits
- 6.1. If the Bookstore chooses to rent all titles with GoTextbooks, they will receive a rebate bonus of 10%.
- 6.2. GoTextbooks may offer additional titles for rent if the institution chooses our program exclusively or chooses to rent all titles we’ve shown interest in the rebate term.
- 6.3. The Bookstore is able to utilize the funds that would otherwise be spent on the procurement of Rental Inventory.
