Return Policy

How long is the item return window?

• Rather than the traditional wholesale return policy of a percentage of sales for a particular academic term, Go Textbooks proposes a "rental based" returns policy.
• Customers are allowed 100% returns per academic term.
• Cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.
• Returns must be in the same condition they were sold in.
• Return shipping - we're not responsible for books until they arrive at our warehouse and we don't insure returns.

• Books returned (received at the warehouse) will be checked in through the following schedule:

  30 days from beginning of classes	80% of original invoice price
  60 days from beginning of classes	70% of the original invoice price
  90 days from beginning of classes	50% of the original invoice price
  More than 90 days from beginning of classes	Current guide value plus commission

• Return dates will be as follows:

  SPRING	02/28, 30 day rental	03/31, 60 day rental	04/30, 90 day rental
  SUMMER	05/31, 30 day rental	06/30, 60 day rental	07/31, 90 day rental
  FALL	09/30, 30 day rental	10/31, 60 day rental	11/30, 90 day rental

  ***If these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the return date will be the following business day.

• Timeframes are as follows:

  No. of days allowed for a book/product to be requested for return by the buyer	7 days
  No. of days the seller should respond to the request if allowed or rejected	2 days
  No. of days allowed for the book/product to be returned to the seller	7 days
  No. of days the refund should be given to buyer	Refund will be sent once items were received by the seller
